Job summary

Designer Brands Canada is seeking a Part-time Sales Associate for The Shoe Co. banner who will deliver exceptional customer service, drive store sales, and help create a welcoming shopping experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will report to the Store Manager, work flexible shifts including weekends, and contribute to merchandising, product knowledge, and teamwork while upholding company standards and policies.

We’re looking for a (Part-time) Sales Associate for our The Shoe Co. banner who will put their best foot forward.

As a (Part-time) Sales Associate, you will report to the Store Manager and assist in fostering inclusivity and diverse customer connections. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering on service standards to achieve store objectives, which includes in-store sales, web orders, goals as directed by the Store Manager. Your ability to thrive in a past pace environment, collaborate and execute on operational excellence will be key to your success in this role.

Pay:

$15.00 per hour.
