Position: Part-time Sales Associate for The Shoe Co.

You will report to the Store Manager and help foster inclusivity and connect with diverse customers. Your responsibilities include delivering excellent service to meet store objectives such as in-store sales and web orders, as directed by the Store Manager. Success in this role depends on your ability to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate effectively, and execute operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize store results by creating exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Provide responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and uphold operational standards to foster customer loyalty.
  • Promote teamwork, collaboration, and adapt to change within the store and district.
  • Maintain open communication with the Store Manager.
  • Perform other assigned tasks.
Qualifications
  • Open, approachable, and outgoing attitude when interacting with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong desire to assist customers.
