We’re looking for a (Part-time) Sales Associate for our The Shoe Co. banner who will put their best foot forward. As a (Part-time) Sales Associate, you will report to the Store Manager and assist in fostering inclusivity and diverse customer connections. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering on service standards to achieve store objectives, including in-store sales, web orders, and goals as directed by the Store Manager. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborate and execute on operational excellence will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Maximize store business results by consistently creating exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain exceptional product knowledge and industry trend knowledge.
  • Provide a shopping experience that encourages responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation and operational integrity that will foster positive customer connections and loyalty.
  • Foster teamwork, collaboration and change advocacy within the store and district.
  • Maintain effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager.
  • Carry out other tasks as assigned.
