A leading apparel company in Toronto is seeking a Store Manager to drive store performance and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include staff management, achieving sales targets, and engaging with the community. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in retail management and strong leadership skills. This position offers a competitive salary of CAD 66,360 - CAD 82,950 annually, along with comprehensive benefits.
Store Manager
As the Store Manager you will provide leadership direction and development to the store staff and successfully execute company strategies to ensure a consistent peak brand experience. Your primary responsibilities as the Store Manager are to determine and maintain optimal staffing levels, recruit, hire, educate and motivate a team of brand advocates who in turn create a consistent best in class customer experience that aligns with our brand’s purpose and values. Additionally you are responsible for setting an example for customer engagement and selling for your team. You are responsible for maximizing store profitability by controlling expenses, protecting company assets and ensuring that store standards and processes for customer care, merchandising, operations, sustainability and community participation are consistently well executed.

Hiring Range:
$66,360.00 CAD - $82,950.00 CAD annually
Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
