A leading outdoor retail company seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead and motivate a team in providing exceptional customer service. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of store leadership experience and strong communication skills. Assistant Store Manager
As the Assistant Store Manager, you will lead, develop and motivate a team of brand advocates, ensuring a consistent best-in-class customer experience that aligns with our brand purpose and values. You will partner with the Store Manager to maximize profitability by ensuring that customer engagement, merchandising, operations, and community connection are all consistent and in compliance with company standards.

Hiring Range: $24.60 - $28.98 CAD per hour
Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Details will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
