The Role :

We’re seeking a Junior Creative Team to bring fresh, bold ideas and help execute impactful campaigns that resonate with today’s audiences. This is a unique opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values innovation and creativity.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with creatives and strategists to develop concepts aligned with briefs and client objectives.
  • Generate culturally relevant ideas across multiple platforms, including social media and TV.
  • Participate in trendspotting and ideation to ensure our work captures the moment and engages audiences.
  • Support campaign execution from concept to production, maintaining quality and creativity.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and present ideas to team members and stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and techniques to continually enhance creative output.

What We’re Looking For :

  • A creative pair (e.g., art director and copywriter duo) or individuals passionate about storytelling and concept development.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing bold, culturally relevant, and platform-agnostic ideas.
  • The ability to think quickly and adapt to changing trends and briefs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to work in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation tools, and emerging technologies is a plus.
