Job summary

The Burger’s Priest is hiring a Crew Member for our Oakville location. You’ll help prepare, season and cook food while using kitchen equipment safely in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

You should be passionate about food, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. Food Handler Certification is preferred or you are willing to certify, and weekend/holiday shifts are required. Competitive tips and a welcoming workplace await.

The Burger’s Priest is hiring a Crew Member at our Oakville location! Want to work at a place that's as serious about burgers as it is about creating a positive workspace? Thought so. We want you to work in an environment where you're free to be yourself, we wouldn't have it any other way.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Prepare, season and cook food as directed
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Adopt a “clean as you go” mentality and adhere to all sanitation/food production policies
• Be a team player by assisting co-workers as needed

What We Are Looking For From You

• high attention to detail to ensure we only use the freshest ingredients and meet our top quality standards
• Passionate about food
• Food Handler Certified or willing to certify
• Works well in a team setting but can complete tasks independently as needed
• Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
• Well organized with the ability to multitask
• Working without supervision is a huge asset
• Must be available weekends, holidays and overnights
• Bonus points for previous experience preparing food or cooking on the line
• Ability to stand for long periods of time an in a hot environment
