Job Description

As a Thai Massage Therapist, your role is to provide relaxation and indulgence to our guests. Your responsibilities include delivering quality massage therapies and body treatments, monitoring stock levels, promoting products to clients, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in all areas. You will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests.

1. Create a positive first impression by greeting guests warmly and addressing them by name.
2. Contribute to high service standards in accordance with the company’s SOPs.
3. Perform massage therapies and body treatments as outlined in the training manual.
4. Ensure all equipment used for services functions properly at all times.
5. Answer guest questions regarding services and explain the benefits of treatments.
6. Assist with demonstrations and events as required.
7. Participate in training and refresher programs as needed.
8. Maintain the Log Book, complete assignments by deadlines, and follow supervisor guidelines. Respond to company changes accordingly.
9. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including fire safety, hygiene, environmental health, and safety regulations.
10. Report for duty punctually, wear the correct uniform with a name badge at all times.
11. Perform other duties as assigned by management, build good relationships with guests and colleagues, and ensure cleanliness and hygiene in work areas.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the hotel industry is preferred.
2. Certification in relevant disciplines is preferred.
3. Ability to focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
4. Ability to foster positive relations with guests and colleagues.
5. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
