As we grow, we are seeking a TFW Immigration & Visa Specialist to join our team. This critical role will oversee the Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFW) processes, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and seamless worker transitions for our clients.
Position Overview
The TFW Immigration & Visa Specialist will manage all aspects of immigration and work permit processes under the Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFW). This individual will be the key point of contact for ensuring legal compliance, processing work permits, and optimizing the visa application experience for both employers and workers.

Qualifications
Proven experience in immigration consulting, work permit processing, or visa sponsorship programs (preferably within the TFW or SAWP framework).
Strong understanding of LMIA applications, compliance standards, and temporary foreign worker regulations in Canada.
Experience working with farm employers, seasonal workers, or employment agencies is a plus.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaising with employers, workers, and government agencies.
Tech-savvy mindset – comfortable working with HR technology, immigration platforms, and compliance tools.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving visa challenges and optimizing workflows.
RCIC (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant) certification or relevant immigration law background is a plus.
