Please note that this is an on-site position based at our studio in Brossard, QC.

Shift Hours : Mon-Fri, 12 : 00pm-8 : 30pm

Responsibilities
  • Test Planning & Design – Develop test plans, define objectives, and create detailed test cases based on requirements. Prepare necessary test data and automate tests when needed.
  • Test Execution & Defect Tracking – Perform manual and automated testing (functional, regression, integration, UAT). Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.
  • Analysis & Reporting – Analyze test results, assess defect severity, and communicate findings through reports and metrics.
  • Continuous Improvement – Participate in retrospectives, suggest process improvements, and stay updated on testing best practices and tools.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle, including Agile ceremonies.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in software or game testing.
  • 3-6+ months of experience with VR testing, including functionality, performance, and user experience validation.
  • Self-sufficiency and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt and work under pressure
  • Familiarity with game creation engines (Unity or Unreal Engine), a plus
  • Strong QA mindset: curiosity, edge-case awareness, and beyond rote testing
  • Comfort with ambiguity, with the ability to define and build your own processes
  • Team-oriented with leadership potential
  • Effective communication skills in French and English to convey findings and insights clearly.
  • Beginner level spoken English and intermediate level written English required as most clients are outside Quebec. The source language of the tests and consoles belong to clients. Test cases need to be sent in the client’s language.
