Role Overview

The Test Specialist is responsible for commissioning, calibrating, testing, optimizing, and troubleshooting mass spectrometer products and options according to work instructions and procedures. This position reports to the Test Lead and is part of the QTOF Production Operations team located at our Singapore Marsiling site. The role requires on-site presence.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Learn technical knowledge of mass spectrometer products through performing commissioning, calibration, testing, optimization, and troubleshooting according to established procedures.
• Ensure operations comply with all relevant EHS regulations, Quality Management System, and safety policies and procedures.
• Analyze data to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes or trends, implement corrective and preventive actions, and monitor outcomes.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• Diploma in Engineering or Science (preferably Physics). Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
• Experience with electronics hardware, problem solving, construction, or repair is essential.
• Proficiency with test equipment, meters, and small hand tools for assembling or repairing precision equipment.

Preferred Additional Experience

• Laboratory experience operating analytical chemistry equipment (organic or inorganic).
