Job summary

Innosystech Inc in Toronto is seeking a Senior Test Lead to own testing across the delivery lifecycle for a large digital solution.

This onsite, 11-month contract requires leading functional, integration, system, regression, accessibility, performance, security, and user acceptance testing, developing test strategies, plans, scenarios, scripts, and reports, and coordinating across business, development, architecture, security, privacy, and operations teams to ensure release readiness.

• Leads quality assurance and testing across the delivery lifecycle.
• Directs defect-management processes and quality reporting, with test automation applied where appropriate.

Experience

• Experience selecting and applying testing tools, programming languages, frameworks, and quality practices.
• Experience establishing test environments, test data, entry and exit criteria, and test schedules.
• Experience coordinating testing across business, development, architecture, security, privacy, and operational teams.
• Experience managing defects through identification, prioritization, resolution, retesting, and closure.
• Experience developing test metrics, dashboards, traceability reports, and quality assessments.
• Experience providing evidence-based recommendations regarding release readiness.

• Identify opportunities to use test automation to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Coordinate test environments, tools, accounts, data, and supporting resources.
• Establish requirements traceability and test-coverage reporting.
• Lead defect triage and monitor defects through resolution and closure.
