Job summary

Pacer Group is hiring a Senior QA/UAT Lead for Wealth Management in Toronto. The hybrid role focuses on leading QA, UAT, automation, defect governance, and release-readiness across business and technology teams.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in testing leadership within banking and wealth management domains, with hands-on SQL, API testing, and multiple test frameworks. Strong stakeholder communication and team leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a QA Lead, UAT Lead, or End-to-End Test Lead.
• Experience supporting Wealth Management and Family Office Service applications and business processes.
• Strong banking and financial services domain knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, API testing, automation, and data validation.
• Experience with Katalon, Selenium, Robot Framework, Postman, ReadyAPI, SoapUI, JIRA, HP ALM, GitHub, and Jenkins.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and team leadership skills.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA, UAT, automation, defect governance, and release-readiness activities across business and technology teams.
• Oversee end-to-end testing for banking, wealth management, and family office service platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality metrics and readiness of releases.
