A growing staffing firm in Ontario seeks a Test Coordinator and Tester with strong experience in accessibility conformance testing. This role requires managing project deliverables, assessing risks, and ensuring compliance with testing standards. Candidates should demonstrate significant professional experience and relevant certifications in accessibility testing.
Monitor and identify emerging risks and challenges that could impact the successful delivery of contract deliverables. Proactively suggest mitigation strategies to the Project Authority.
Schedule and attend monthly meetings with the Project Authority to provide progress updates, flag emerging risks, and discuss mitigation strategies.
Make themselves available for meetings via Microsoft Teams, and discuss progress or issues via telephone, email, or virtual meetings within two business days of requests.
The Bidder must demonstrate experience in supplying the required resources by providing detailed resumes of proposed resources. At least one resource with a minimum of 5 years of recent experience as a Test Coordinator, Level 2, and one resource with similar experience as a Tester, Level 2, must be included.

Bidder must complete the response form, providing a detailed description of at least 200 words addressing these requirements.
The proposed resources (Tester, L2 and Test Coordinator, L2) must have completed at least one of the following certifications by the bid submission date:
Alternatively, resources must have at least 36 months of paid professional experience providing accessibility conformance testing services within the past 72 months.
All resources must have their CVs signed digitally and submitted as part of the bid.
