The Test Automation, Senior Specialist role will report to the Leader, Product Foundation, Money Movement. The Test Automation, Senior Specialist leads advanced automation testing for Interac’s products and services, with a strong focus on online and integration‑heavy solutions. This role designs and evolves integration automation frameworks and best practices to maximize test coverage while minimizing execution time and maintenance effort. The Senior Specialist enhances automation strategies to support microservices‑based architectures, end‑to‑end user flows, and database integrations, and develops non‑functional automation tests tovalidateservice interactions, timeouts, and retries. Through definition of automation metrics and continuous evaluation of scripts, the role drives efficiency, quality, and scalability of automation across releases.
The hiring range for this position is $90,000.00 - $105,000.00, and you will also be eligible for our short-term incentive plan. The exact amount will depend on factors such as skills, experience, and job‑related knowledge, but Interac’s commitment goes beyond compensation.
