Job summary

Jobtailor in Montreal is seeking a Test Automation Engineer to automate tests and develop test solutions for new products, and to design production test stations.

You will collaborate with R&D, document tests, train production teams, and contribute to digital transformation and manufacturing systems implementation, leveraging Python, MATLAB/Simulink, and Power BI.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or another relevant field.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of test automation, instrumentation, or test equipment development.
Knowledge of Python.
Knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink.
Knowledge of at least one other software development language.
Experience with ERP, WMS, or manufacturing systems is an asset.
Advanced Excel skills, pivot tables, and Power Query are an asset.
Power BI, Jet Reports, and Power Automate are assets.
French is required; English reading of literature and software use is needed.

Responsibilities
