Starting pay is $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • The Test Administrator position is responsible for providing secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a comfortable, friendly environment. Responsibilities include :
  • Complying with all testing procedures and strictly adhering to company policies using careful judgment.
  • Checking in testing candidates, verifying identification, and explaining the exam process.
  • Proctoring / invigilation of candidates during testing.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues with internal departments.
  • Completing light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards after each candidate.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Schedule Requirements

Our ideal candidate demonstrates teamwork and has open availability to work a variety of shifts any day from Monday through Saturday, between 7 am and 8 pm. Flexibility in scheduling is essential.

This is a strictly part-time position, ranging from 3 to 15 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours if needed. Schedules are available at least two weeks in advance.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
  • Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred.
  • Must be flexible with work hours and days.
  • Basic to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to sit for long periods and escort candidates to and from testing rooms.
  • Capability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 20 lbs with reasonable accommodation.
  • Comfortable working in a quiet testing environment, hearing soft voices, and seeing details from a distance.
