They serve as Tesla’s front line and brand ambassadors, supporting our mission to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy.

As a Tesla Advisor, you will support customers from their first visit to our showrooms to learn about Tesla, through to their delivery day. You will help deliver an innovative buying and delivery experience for one of the most advanced vehicles ever made.

What You'll Do
  1. Engage and educate prospective customers and current owners via calls, emails, texts, and outbound events about Tesla’s products, answering questions and generating interest.
  2. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting customer contact information, scheduling, and co-piloting test drives for interested individuals.
  3. Contribute to achieving monthly sales and delivery targets by meeting or exceeding individual KPIs and sales goals.
  4. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales, delivery, and installation process, along with ongoing support during ownership.
  5. Prepare, stage, and charge customer vehicles ahead of scheduled delivery appointments.
  6. Conduct comprehensive vehicle orientations tailored to each customer’s needs and comfort level.
  7. Handle customer documents on delivery day and conduct direct vehicle deliveries from the Delivery Center to customers’ homes.
What You'll Bring
  1. At least 1+ year of customer service and/or sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  2. A positive, enthusiastic attitude and passion for innovations in personal transportation.
  3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  4. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
  5. Valid Class 5, G, or G2 driver’s license for Canada.
