Appoint Staffing provides outsourcing services in Canada for such positions as Accountant, Bookkeeper, Recruiter, HR Admin, Virtual Admin, Data Entry, Virtual Assistant, Customer Support, Software Solutions, Medical Billing.

Our dedicated personnel will increase productivity while cutting costs by 60-80% to any business.

We are looking for a highly motivated and independent Sales Representative to drive sales and generate new business opportunities in the Canadian market. This role is fully commission-based. Perfect for experienced freelance sales professionals looking for flexible, performance-based earning potential.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and approach potential businesses across Canada

Conduct outreach via phone, email, social media, or in-person meetings

Present company offerings clearly and effectively to prospects

Understand client needs and align them with our products / services

Close deals and follow up to ensure successful delivery

Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activity, and outcomes

Compensation Details :

Commission Only : Earn 50% of the total value for each opening sale.

Unlimited earning potential – the more you close, the more you earn

Potential for bonuses or increased commission based on consistent performance

Requirements

Requirements :

Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or B2C within the Canadian market

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

Self-driven and able to manage your time and pipeline independently

Fluent in English; French is a strong asset (especially in Quebec)

Access to your own sales tools (CRM, phone, internet, etc.)

Familiarity with [insert industry, e.g., tech, marketing services, logistics, etc.] is preferred
