Job summary

Latham Pool Products is hiring a Territory Sales Manager for Western Canada, remote-based role. You will onboard new pool dealers, grow existing dealer sales, and implement regional strategies to expand market share while delivering support for Sales & Marketing programs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales/marketing within the pool and spa space, strong business development and CRM/Microsoft Office skills, and willingness to travel about 70% with overnights.

A little about the position:

Job Summary

The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is responsible for onboarding new Pool Dealers and growing existing Dealer sales in Western Canada. The TSM continuously works to improve Latham’s market (share) position through the implementation of organizational strategic goals, building strong customer relationships, assuring successful adoption of all Sales & Marketing programs and delivering unparalleled support to Latham specific product line Dealers.

Some of What You Will Do:

• Implement Latham strategies based on geography, brands and programs.
• Serve customers in a defined geographic area working closely with Sales teammates, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service while assuring compliance and adherence to company guidelines.
• Execute strategies and plans to ensure growth benchmarks in assigned product line sales at the dealer and region level.
• Focus on execution to drive participation and results.
• Promote, implement and drive adoption of Loyalty, Growth and Branding programs

What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications)

Minimum of 5+ years of successful sales and/or marketing experience preferred in the POOL and SPA space,preferred but not required;

• A proven track record of effective Business Development, Networking, Public Speaking, Research, Regional Management, Training and Motivation Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism, Reading and Writing Sales Plans and Financial Reports.
• Strong technical acumen/experience required.
• Travel Requirements: Approximately 70% of the time with overnights; previous overnight travel experience (50% minimum) a plus.
• Competent in Microsoft Office:Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, Mobile applications and online conferencing software.
• Bilingual (English/French) would be an asset.

Salary Range: $70-80K plus bonus

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
