Job Summary: Manage sales activities involving external customers within the South East Saskatchewan area. Apply strategic sales tactics to meet sales and profit goals aligned with company objectives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Management: Manage territory customer accounts, maintain contact, and develop support programs. Communicate with distributors, retailers, consultants, and growers to meet objectives.
  2. Forecasting: Develop and communicate forecasts, monitor product flow, and resolve complaints.
  3. Strategy Development: Assist in identifying sales strategies and tactics.
  4. Compliance: Monitor adherence to sales targets, expenses, and budgets.
  5. Sales Presentations: Create and deliver sales presentations, collaborate on marketing/promotional programs.

Requirements: College degree in Agro-Science or Business preferred, with at least 5 years of sales experience in relevant fields. Experience with distributors, retailers, consultants, and growers is a plus. Must reside within Southeast Saskatchewan. Valid driver’s license required.
