Position Summary

We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Hamilton and surrounding areas. Your role will involve driving sales by providing tailored compressed air solutions, building strong relationships with industrial distributors, and offering expert guidance and training to promote product adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Travel within Hamilton and nearby areas to meet clients and partners, assess needs, and present solutions.
  2. Build and maintain long-term partnerships through expert support and guidance.
  3. Assist distributors in optimizing the performance, safety, and efficiency of compressed air systems.
  4. Train distributors on our products, support joint calls, and manage existing accounts to expand sales.
  5. Engage with end-users to evaluate their compressed air needs and provide technical advice.
  6. Represent Topring at industry events and trade shows to network and identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Proven B2B sales experience within industrial distribution networks.
  • College diploma in business, technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of compressed air or pneumatics is preferred; willingness to learn is essential.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
  • Autonomous, proactive, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in English; French skills are a plus but not required.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada is mandatory.
Work Environment & Travel

While the office is based in Granby, QC, candidates should reside within 50 km of Hamilton, ON. Regular travel is expected, with one annual in-person meeting in Granby. Remote work is possible when not traveling.

Team & Collaboration

You will join a sales team of 14, reporting to the Regional Sales Director. Collaboration extends across departments including support, procurement, technical, marketing, and more. French language skills are not required, but learning basic French is a bonus.
