Are you a driven sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager and take ownership of growing our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business by developing and executing a strategic sales plan, focusing on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a sales pipeline. You'll build customer relationships through communication and exceptional service, using Salesforce CRM to manage performance and interactions. Staying informed on market trends and competitors, you will provide consultative selling solutions, prepare quotes, and negotiate terms to meet customer needs and maximize profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure seamless project execution, along with maintaining accurate sales records and meeting performance goals through strong time management and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Sales Growth & Prospecting: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%).
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and grow a sales pipeline by identifying prospects, market segments, and converting leads into sales.
  • Customer Relationships: Build long-lasting partnerships, understand customer needs, and utilize Salesforce CRM.
  • Market & Product Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and conduct market research for growth opportunities.
  • Consultative Selling: Offer competitive pricing and value-based solutions, prepare quotes, and negotiate terms.
  • Performance Reporting: Use CRM to maintain records and generate reports, tracking key metrics.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with operations and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and provide leadership when needed.

Skills & Experience:
  • High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience with 1+ year outbound prospecting or at WillScot.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits, primarily outbound cold-calling from the office.
  • Professional communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Experience in high-volume, transactional sales cycles.
  • Leasing experience is a plus but not required.
  • A consultative, solution-selling approach is beneficial.
