Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Sales Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for

developing our markets in Eastern Canada and the United States, building strong client relationships, and driving sales

of our exoskeletons. You will play a key role in educating the market and promoting the benefits of our exoskeleton:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets

- Qualify and close inbound and outbound leads

- Conduct product demonstrations on job sites and at events.

- Plan and carry out regular visits in Ontario and the United States.

- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.

- Prepare business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.

- Maintain accurate pipeline data and reporting in CRM

- Provide field feedback to the technical team to continuously improve the product.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor messaging to customer needs.

Qualifications

- 2-3 years of experience in a B2B sales role

- Strong outbound prospecting and closing experience

- Previous experience in a startup or fast-growth environment is a plus

- College degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience

- CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred)

- Written and spoken proficiency in English (French is a plus)

- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), a plus

- Driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
