Plasmatology Group seeks a Territory Sales Representative to drive sales of innovative aesthetic medical devices in Quebec City and Calgary. COMPENSATION

$130,000 - $200,000+, with additional performance-base incentives.

MORE ABOUT THE ROLE / Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clinic owners, physicians, plastic surgeons, optometrists, ophthalmologists, KOL’s and decision-makers in the aesthetic medicine field.

• Manage your territory effectively to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Conduct regular call and visits to nurture relationships, provide updates, and address any client needs.

• Maintain existing relationships and Identify new opportunities within the territory, leveraging networking, industry events and social media outreach.

• Represent Plasmatology Group at conferences, exhibitions, open houses and industry events, showcasing our advanced technology solutions.

• Maintain a robust pipeline through detailed CRM reporting, maintaining transparency and communication with management on all sales activities to ensure you achieve monthly targets and sales goals.

• Identify potential customer needs, provide solutions and outcomes, including return on investment (ROI).

WHAT YOU WILL NEED / Experience & Skills

Note: Hospital, Pharmaceutical and retail sector not considered at this time

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in capital equipment cosmetic sales, with a preference to medical aesthetic device sale in excess of $55k USD per unit.

• Experience prospecting new businesses to build and maintain a healthy pipeline, using strategic selling techniques and initiatives.

• Proven and documented track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong knowledge of the medical aesthetic landscape and familiarity with cutting-edge devices.

• Highly motivated, self-driven, and passionate about innovative aesthetic solutions.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• College degree or equivalent

• Valid drivers license & ability to travel regularly within the designated region
