Territory Sales Manager – Building Materials (Ontario – GTA Based)
Location : Greater Toronto Area (ideally Mississauga, Oakville, or surrounding)
Industry : Building Materials / Construction Supply
Compensation : $80,000–$100,000 base + uncapped commissions + car allowance + gas + full benefits

Position Summary
This is a true “hunter” sales role ideal for a motivated rep with a proven ability to grow underdeveloped markets. You’ll inherit a modest but long-standing book of business and be tasked with expanding market share in Ontario. The focus is on face-to-face selling, opening new accounts, and deepening relationships with distributors, contractors, and channel partners in the building materials sector.
