As part of the Ontario Sales team you will be the face that brings the vision to life throughout South Western Ontario. We’re looking for a passionate, sales motivated and driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team ideally located in Kitchener / Waterloo. In this role you will build meaningful relationships, and grow the presence of our entire portfolio (alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages) focusing on independent on-premise accounts (bars, restaurants, venues) and the convenience channel. This will include attending events and tastings. In this role you will also be representing all of the Collective Arts portfolio in other retail channels..

A Typical Day As a Territory Sales Manager Includes

  • Visiting bars, restaurants, and retail accounts to check in on stock, discuss new product placements, and support staff education.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with managers, bartenders, and various retail staff as the face of Collective Arts throughout the territory.
  • Executing tastings or small events to introduce new products and engage consumers directly.
  • Prospecting new accounts and identifying visibility opportunities including but not limited to aisle or fridge placements to seasonal tap takeovers.
  • Collaborating with Ontario Field Sales Manager and the Ontario Key Accounts Manager to share wins, challenges, and opportunities
  • Logging visits, notes, and opportunities in our CRM system to track progress and plan your week effectively.

How Your Time Will Be Organized

  • 60% Account Visits & Relationship Management: visiting bars, restaurants, LCBOs, grocery, and convenience stores to maintain strong partnerships, grow shelf and tap presence, and educate staff on our products.
  • 35% Prospecting & New Business Development: Identifying and reaching out to new on-premise and retail accounts, uncovering new opportunities to expand our footprint in the region
  • 5% Events & Tastings: Coordinating and executing tastings, tap takeovers, and brand events that connect consumers with the Collective Arts experience.

We’re Looking For Candidates Who Have/are

  • Minimum of 2 years structured selling experience in an alcohol related field or industry. Able to provide a track record of meeting or exceeding target in a sales territory over a full fiscal year.
  • Reside within KW region
  • Own a reliable vehicle with a valid drivers license and a willingness to travel throughout southern Ontario
  • Possesses outstanding time management and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to grasp strategies and create tools and tactics for in field execution.
  • Broader understanding of fiscal management and responsibility. Ability to deliver required results with minimal resources.
  • Ability to lift 40 kgs(the weight of a standard 30L keg onto a dolly).
