Who we are looking for

We are seeking a bilingual (French and English) Territory Sales and Customer Service Manager to join Blizza. The role involves expanding our presence in Ottawa / Gatineau, increasing market share, and managing customer and retailer inquiries. Candidates should have a strong understanding of the cannabis industry, a successful sales management background, and excellent communication skills in both languages.

The Manager will oversee sales in Western Ontario and customer experience across Canada, reporting to the National Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Selling and Influencing:
  • Maintain retail accounts, ensure product listings, provide training, and gather feedback.
  • Build brand awareness through education and sampling sessions.
  • Identify opportunities to increase brand exposure and volume.
  • Expand distribution within the territory and collaborate with the sales team.
  • Implement marketing initiatives to foster loyalty and sales.
  • Conduct client visits efficiently and participate in team meetings.
  • Achieve KPIs related to distribution, market share, and route plans.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Develop and sustain strong customer relationships, support retail decision-makers.
    • Promote the brand portfolio within regulatory limits.
    • Develop sales strategies to meet revenue and market share goals.
    • Analyze market trends and competitors for growth opportunities.
    • Manage budgets and stay compliant with cannabis regulations.
    • Engage with the community through events and training.
    • Use CRM tools for sales activities and reporting.
    • Travel up to 80% of the time.
  • Customer Experience:
    • Manage multi-channel inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely responses.
    • Track case resolutions and maintain a comprehensive system.
    • Follow SOPs, analyze trends, and improve processes.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide staff training.
    • Review interactions for quality assurance and escalate issues as needed.
    • Prepare performance reports and implement process enhancements.
