Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking an Outside Sales Associate in Central Ontario to begin a structured 18–24 month training program alongside an experienced Sales Representative. This role focuses on the commercial roofing sector within the high-end building materials industry.

Travel is required within the assigned territory. Flat salary range reflects a 60k–80k CAD annual target plus benefits; recent grads and candidates with 1–2 years in sales are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (AAS), or Trade School Certification, or Bachelor’s Degree (BS) preferred.
• Recent graduates or up to 1–2 years in sales.
• Fluency in French a plus.
• Must have a valid drivers’ license.
• Practical computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite and learn internal business systems).
• Prior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to multi-task.
• Must be willing to participate in the year-long training program.
• Self-motivated and great organizational skills.
• Goal oriented.

Responsibilities

• As part of the program, you will be partnered with an experienced Traditional Sales Representative for a period of 18 - 24 months to assist you in your comprehensive, hands-on training.
