Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Territory Representative for Edmonton, Northwestern Alberta, Fort St John and surrounding areas. This field-based role covers cleaning and sanitation programs for QSR clients and involves travel and customer interactions to promote solutions and service excellence.

Responsibilities include installing and maintaining equipment, conducting surveys, and driving sales while working independently. Overnight travel and weekend rotations are required as per business needs.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma; post-secondary education preferred.
  • 1–2 years of food industry experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
  • Mechanical aptitude in plumbing, electrical and mechanical work would be an asset.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
  • Availability to provide emergency call assistance which may occur at night, on weekends and over holidays.
  • Ability to travel to the US for training/meetings.
  • No Immigration Sponsorship available.

  • Install, maintain, and repair chemical dispensing, dishwasher, and water filtration systems to ensure proper functioning (prior experience not required, but experience would be beneficial).
  • Provide customers with feedback and training on cleaning and sanitation through high quality surveys.
  • Complete Value Visit surveys and provide feedback and coaching to support store needs.
  • Grow sales and retain existing customers by merchandising solutions and providing service excellence.
  • Facilitate the sale of Ecolab products by suggesting improvements with existing products and new innovations.
  • Complete the Serv‑Safe training and become certified.
  • Develop and enhance relationships with customers while working independently and maintaining your own schedule.

Join Ecolab’s growing Global Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) team as a Territory Representative covering Edmonton, Northwestern Alberta, Fort St John and the surrounding areas. The Territory Representative opportunity delivers a comprehensive cleaning and sanitation program developed specifically for the QSR industry, partnering with our customers to identify cleaning & sanitation opportunities, service their machines and help make their environments cleaner, safer, and healthier.

This is a replacement position.

Responsibilities

Position Details

This is a field-based position and will require travel to the following locations and surrounding areas:

  • Territory: Edmonton, Northwestern Alberta, Fort St John and the surrounding areas
  • Applicants must live in Edmonton (or close surrounding areas)
  • Overnight Travel: Approximately 25% based on business needs
  • Weekend Rotation: Rotating weekend coverage based on customer needs (once every 15 weeks)
Minimum Qualifications

Total expected compensation is in the range of $58,700-$73,900.
