Job Summary:

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven sales professional to join our Vaccine team. In this role, you will develop innovative sales strategies, set ambitious short-term goals, and execute territory plans to surpass sales targets. If you are passionate about delivering impactful solutions, building strong customer relationships, and excelling in vaccine care, we want you on our team. The ideal candidate will reside in the Vancouver/Richmond area.

Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Sell vaccines and medicines to improve patient outcomes and achieve commercial goals.
  2. Develop business sales plans for individual customers and execute territory business plans to meet or exceed sales objectives.
  3. Integrate product knowledge into informative dialogues with customers.
  4. Understand GSK products, strategies, and competitor positioning.
  5. Negotiate contracts and help customers meet their contractual objectives.
  6. Navigate the healthcare system insights to enhance customer interactions.
  7. Build and maintain a network of healthcare professionals to grow sales.
  8. Manage budgets and resources to create value for customers.
  9. Contribute to business goals and influence decisions through sound judgment.
  10. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to find optimal solutions.
  11. Work in a diverse environment, fostering relationships and innovation.
  12. Maintain energy and commitment, fostering a positive work environment.
  13. Be open to learning and adapting to new ways of working.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 1-3 years minimum sales experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel domestically.
  • Proficiency in computer applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

*This position requires routine driving and eligibility for a company vehicle, contingent upon license verification.
