Job Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven sales professional to join our Vaccine team. In this role, you will develop innovative sales strategies, set bold short-term goals, and execute territory plans to surpass sales targets. If you are passionate about delivering meaningful solutions, building strong customer relationships, and excelling in your territory, we invite you to join us. The ideal candidate will reside in the Vancouver/Richmond area.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Sell our vaccines/medicines to improve patient outcomes while achieving commercial objectives.
  2. Develop and execute business sales plans for individual customers and territory strategies.
  3. Integrate product knowledge into informative dialogues with customers.
  4. Understand GSK products, strategies, and competitors' strategies.
  5. Negotiate contracts and support customers in meeting contractual objectives.
  6. Navigate the healthcare system insights to enhance customer interactions.
  7. Build and maintain a network of healthcare professionals to grow sales.
  8. Allocate budget and resources effectively to create customer value.
  9. Contribute to business goals and influence decisions through judgment.
  10. Collaborate internally and externally to find optimal solutions.
  11. Work in a diverse environment, fostering relationships and developing ideas.
  12. Maintain energy and commitment to contribute to a positive work environment.
  13. Be open to learning and adapting to new methods and opportunities for development.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 1-3 years of sales experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel domestically, including overnight stays
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and quick learning of new programs

*This position requires driving on company business and eligibility for a company vehicle, contingent on license verification and driver safety review.
