At Pattison Agriculture we seek talent ready to GROW, CONNECT AND EVOLVE with us! We are looking for a Territory Manager, who lives in the Sibbald, AB area to join our energetic team in the Kindersley dealership.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a target-oriented and experienced salesperson to be a part of the future of agriculture. Our Territory Managers are committed to delivering exceptional retail sales service to our customers by fostering long-term business relationships in their assigned territory. In one of Canada’s top John Deere dealer organizations, you will deliver quality work in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.

Responsibilities
  • Represent the company for the sale of equipment with existing and new customers
  • Frequent interactions with customers building loyalty and long-term growth relationships
  • Provide top tier customer support and follow-up
  • Identify unmet customer needs and provide solutions
  • Develop innovative sales and marketing strategies to increase sales in your area and meet goals
  • Stay current on knowledge of equipment, parts, service, promotions, and financing available
  • Create brand awareness in your area that meets our standards of quality
  • Build relationships with all internal departments to support sales and customer activities
  • Conduct equipment and product demonstrations
  • Visit the Kindersley branch occasionally to touch base with the branch/sales manager and sales team
Requirements
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Post-secondary education in Ag Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Passionate about agriculture
  • Extensive knowledge of agriculture equipment
  • Strong time management, organizational, and computer skills
  • 3+ years of previous sales experience
  • Knowledge and familiarity with John Deere and competitive products
  • Significant independent travel, valid driver’s licence
  • Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays if necessary
