Territory Manager (Full Time) - Dryden, ON

Primary Purpose:

The Territory Manager will be responsible for generating sales within an assigned territory of existing & new accounts. The individual in this position will be accountable for achieving quota by prospecting new customers and growing existing relationships.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Promotes sales and provides account service to assigned and potential customers
  2. Focuses on sales quota, new business development & maintaining customer relationships
  3. Contacts existing accounts and cold calls (onsite & phone) potential targets
  4. Responsible for gross profit improvement and securing new business
  5. Improves the profitability of existing accounts by fully understanding value propositions
  6. Supports and implements marketing plans, promotions and new product launches
  7. Secures long term relationship by negotiating product supply agreements
  8. Accountable for providing complete and accurate account set-up and pricing data
  9. Maintains list of target accounts by generating and qualifying new business leads
  10. Conducts competitive intelligence
  11. Demonstrates products to new account customers

Education:

  1. High School Diploma/GED preferred
  2. Undergrad Degree is preferred

Experience:

  1. Prefer 5-7 years Outside Sales experience
  2. Industrial gas experience is preferred
  3. Welding experience is preferred

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

  1. Prior sales success
  2. Defined sales process
  3. Oil & Gas industry is a plus
  4. Must possess a valid G class driver’s license
