Our client is a global provider of intelligent traffic systems and smart mobility solutions. They are seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth and strategic partnerships across Ontario in the ITS (Intelligent Traffic Systems) space.

Remote / Field-based

This position is ideal for a strategic, entrepreneurial sales leader who is passionate about smart mobility and public infrastructure solutions. The Territory Manager will oversee and grow key ITS divisions—including Traffic Calming, Parking, and Speed Enforcement—by developing a targeted sales and marketing plan, identifying new market opportunities, and leading with data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to increase ITS market share
  • Build and nurture relationships with key government and infrastructure stakeholders
  • Identify market trends and growth opportunities through strategic analysis
  • Drive operational excellence across sales processes and systems
