  • Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to expand sales within existing accounts and acquire new customers. Meet and exceeds sales goals.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely service to all customers.à
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, sales activities, and customer feedback to the National Sales Director.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and product development to align account strategies with company objectives.

  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with local regulations and company policies.
