Territory Manager

Dec-Tec is a top-of-the-line waterproofing system including decking membranes and accessories used for all outdoor spaces, distributing across North America. We are seeking a Territory Manager in Eastern Canada to include ON, QC, NB, NS, PE, NL. Visit see our products. What we offer:

Responsibilities:

  1. Planning and executing sales strategies to successfully meet the monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  2. Travel within the territory, meeting with industry professionals to identify leads and generate new business.
  3. Maintaining good relationships with existing customers and growing the customer base.
  4. Work proactively with the sales support team to optimize quality of service and customer satisfaction.
  5. Coordinate with the technical training team to provide customers with presentations and hands-on training.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years outside sales / account management experience, preferably in commercial construction.
  • Willingness to travel within the territory regularly. Travel expenses covered.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
  • Previous experience working with builders, contractors, engineers, or architects is an asset.
  • Computer literacy skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM software is an asset.
