Job Description: Territory Manager - Construction

We are currently seeking a Territory Manager - Construction for our Calgary region. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and developing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and growing existing customer relationships. You will have the opportunity to develop and execute a key business aligned with Brandt’s strategy, supported by a top-tier support organization to help you succeed. Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with both new and existing customers, following market trends and discovering leads.
  2. Maintain and grow existing customer business through regular interactions within the assigned territory.
  3. Understand, position, and sell the full line of GeoPositioning products offered by the company.
  4. Achieve all sales targets and performance indicators.
  5. Complete all sales documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  6. Develop sales plans, marketing, and promotional strategies for the territory.
  7. Prepare customer status reports, including sales call activity, closures, follow-ups, and prospect updates as required.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.
