Imperial Tobacco Canada, a member of the BRITISH AMERICAN TOBACCO GROUP, has an exciting opportunity for a Territory Manager in Collingwood / Owen Sound and surrounding areas.

The role involves delivering commercial and consumer performance within an assigned geographical area by building strong customer relationships with retailers and staff, leveraging commercial insights and digital assets to meet consumer needs.

Your key responsibilities will include :

  1. Managing your territory to meet volume and market share targets, implementing cycle activities across product categories;
  2. Providing an outstanding customer experience through digital tools, maintaining strong relationships, training retailers and staff, and delivering personalized insights;
  3. Generating market demand by managing inventory, distribution, merchandising, and pricing;
  4. Collaborating on provincial and national projects with your team of Territory Managers;
  5. Driving performance in a highly regulated market.

What are we looking for?

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in marketing or a related role;
  • Experience in FMCG or a global organization;
  • Strong extracurricular participation (e.g., case competitions, sports, student groups);
  • A desire to learn and grow daily;
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills;
  • Strong business insights, strategic thinking, and account management skills;
  • Energetic, driven, and autonomous;
  • Proficiency with digital tools and interpreting commercial data;
  • Ability to focus on long-term goals while leveraging short-term opportunities;
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or related field;
  • Valid driver’s license in Canada;
  • Legal right to work in Canada.
