Our Territory Managers typically have a strong background in the plumbing industry. Many are former drain cleaners or master plumbers, providing credibility and insight into how to make money with our equipment. Our consultative, direct-to-customer sales approach benefits from their personal knowledge of the challenges in the drain cleaning market.
The successful candidate must have knowledge of the sewer and drain industry and strong communication skills. They will develop and manage their territory, building relationships with end users including institutional, commercial, contractors, and municipalities.
Under minimal supervision from the Sales Manager, the Territory Manager is responsible for driving sales growth through existing accounts and developing new ones within a defined geographic area, using company programs to establish Spartan Tool as a primary vendor in targeted markets.
This position covers a territory in Canada. The initial salary will convert to a primarily commission-based plan over time.
