Job summary

Ace Beverage Group in Calgary, Alberta is seeking a Territory Manager to spearhead growth of our ready-to-drink brands across the Calgary area. You will drive in-store execution, develop retailer relationships, and deliver volume and distribution targets.

You will plan and evaluate promotions, manage budgets, and collaborate with strategic partners to expand market share while representing our innovative beverage portfolio powered by Cottage Springs and other ABG brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Previous beverage alcohol or related selling experience is an asset.
• Able to reliably travel through the Greater Calgary Area.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent relationship building and follow-up skills.
• Strong business acumen with budgeting experience.
• Organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.

• Support all RTD products.
• Plan, execute and evaluate in-store merchandising and activation, including price, promotion, visibility and marketing of ABG brands.
• Work collaboratively with strategic partners in Alberta.
• Take a lead role in supporting growth of ABG Brands in Calgary Area.
• Deliver territory volume, share, and distribution targets across top retailers and on premise locations.
• Build strong business relationships with customers and consumer groups.
• Identify and leverage new business opportunities, including tastings and events.
• Execute call cycle as per service level requirements and administrative duties.

Base Salary Range: $55,000 to $60,000 CAD per year

The Territory Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales, expanding market share, and championing our beloved ready-to-drink beverage alcohol brands.

Job Responsibilities

• Support all Ace Beverage Group Ready-to-Drink (RTD) products
• Plan, execute and evaluate in-store merchandising and activation, including price, promotion, visibility and marketing of ABG brands
• Work collaboratively with our strategic partners in Alberta
• Take a lead role in supporting growth of Ace Beverage Group Brands in Calgary Area
• Deliver territory volume, share, and distribution targets across top retailers and on premise locations
• Build strong business relationships with customers and consumer groups
• Identify and leverage new business opportunities, including tastings and events
• Execute call cycle as per service level requirements and administrative duties (routine management)

Job Requirements and Competencies

• Bachelor's Degree
• Previous beverage alcohol or comparable selling experience is an asset
• Can reliably travel through the Greater Calgary Area
• Holds a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Superior sales skills in probing, matching solutions, negotiating and closing
• Excellent relationship building and follow-up skills
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills with budget management experience
• Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Computer proficiency and aptitude, specifically with Excel and PowerPoint
• Is a highly competitive team player known for taking initiative and working incredibly hard
