We are seeking a Territory Manager to join our remote Recruitment Team in a one-year contract. This role is based in Canada but will oversee recruitment efforts in the United States. The ideal candidate is confident, creative, and enthusiastic about discussing Australia. We value positivity and innovation, especially as this role will help establish a new territory.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage various student recruitment activities, including coordinating presentations (virtually and in-person) for universities and high schools across Canada
  • Build and maintain relationships with influential student groups and high school advisors
  • Travel across North America to host information sessions, attend fairs, and meet stakeholders (primarily between September - November; January - April)
  • Create an annual territory sales plan to meet targets
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Admissions teams to promote OzTREKK's services to prospective students
Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license
  • Sales-driven with a confident mindset to achieve targets
  • Experience in strategic planning and idea development
  • Comfort with public speaking (training provided)
  • Willingness to travel within the U.S.
  • Ability to build relationships and foster trust
  • Passion for education and student success
  • Strategic thinking and enthusiasm for personal growth

  • Sales experience and training
