THÉA Pharma is currently recruiting for a Territory Account Manager, Optometry / Dry Eye. This full-time, field-based position covers the Ottawa and Eastern Ontario area, from Cornwall to Coburg. The role reports to the Associate Sales Director, Optometry, Eastern Canada.

Job Description:
The Territory Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth of the Dry Eye in-office retail portfolio within optometry. The role involves working closely with the Associate Sales Director to identify high-potential clinics and develop plans to expand the Dry Eye specialty. A key aspect is enhancing THÉA Canada's reputation as a trusted partner in the eye care community and supporting portfolio growth. This role requires a driven, self-motivated individual within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment committed to creating value for customers, patients, and the company.
