Job description

Transdev Canada is hiring a Fleet Attendant for our Regina location.

Bring your skills to our Regina location by using your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness by providing essential maintenance support to keep our fleet in top condition and aligned with presentation standards. As a Fleet Attendant, you will be responsible for washing, sanitizing, and maintaining the exterior and interior of company's buses.

Your Role

  • Conduct visual inspections of buses to identify visible dirt or debris.
  • Thoroughly clean both the exterior and interior of buses using appropriate tools and products (e.g., cleaning agents, pressure washer, brushes).
  • Clean windows, seats, floors, and in-floor tracking to remove all dirt and debris.
  • Empty all interior garbage bins and remove any loose trash or debris from the vehicle.
  • Wipe down high-touch surfaces including the dashboard, handles, and stanchion.
  • Spot-clean any soiled seats using suitable cleaning agent.
  • Clean interior windows using a streak-free cleaner to remove smears and fingerprints.
  • Identify and remove any graffiti present inside or outside the bus.
  • Fuel buses and ensure they are fully serviced and ready for operation.
  • Report any persistent dirt, stains, or graffiti to the Operations Team or Management for further action.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and hazard-free.
  • Support additional tasks or assignments as directed by the supervisor.

Your Profile

  • Valid SK Class 5 driver's license or above, with a clean driving abstract.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
  • Excellent understanding of what it takes to uphold a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Physical ability to perform regular exterior and interior cleaning duties for extended periods.
  • Previous experience in a janitorial or carwash/detailing capacity is preferred, and an asset.

Your location:

  • This is a non-union position in Regina, SK.
  • Part-time role (~28hours/week) evenings and weekends.
  • Term-based role, maximum term ending June 30, 2026.
