Position: Term, Full Time, 40.0 hours/week for up to eight months or until return of incumbent
Hourly Wage:
Internal applicant: Current rate of pay for the first 30 days worked then increasing to $33.44/hour.
All other benefits will continue as per incumbents’ current entitlements as per the IBEW Collective Agreement.
External applicant: The first 30 days worked $30.10/hour, after 30 days works $33.44/hour for the remainder of the term with benefits as per the Employment Standards Act.
Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Airport Manager, performs maintenance duties related to maintaining and repairing runways, airfield components, grounds, buildings, facilities, and equipment under the jurisdiction of Dryden Regional Airport to meet safety and air transportation regulations. Also completes administrative tasks and record keeping related to aerodrome certification, City of Dryden, and Airport policies.
