The Faculty of Medicine at the University of Ottawa invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position related to Cryo-Electron Microscopy for the study of proteins and their engineering within the Department of Biochemistry, Microbiology and Immunology. This new faculty member will develop a dynamic and collaborative research program focusing on cryo-electron microscopy, protein engineering, and/or the study of protein complexes linked to human diseases.

The Department of Biochemistry, Microbiology and Immunology has over 100 faculty members, fostering a vibrant research environment addressing fundamental biomedical questions with strong links to translational and clinical research. The successful candidate will establish an independent research program and contribute to undergraduate and graduate teaching in French and English.
