Job summary

Blue Mountain Resort Company in Blue Mountains, ON seeks a Tennis Counselor for the Winter - Part Time season. You will coach tennis to young players in group settings and support guest experiences across the resort.

Reporting to the Head Tennis Pro, you will plan lessons, select drills, prepare sessions, keep courts clean, and communicate progress to parents with strong customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous coaching/teaching experience with a junior program or similar.
• Previous instructing experience is an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead tennis lessons for young players and summer camps.
• Develop programming with tennis coaches and Head Tennis Pro.
• Choose drills and games suitable for skill level.
• Prepare for lessons or camps and maintain court cleanliness.
• Familiar with front desk processes and report progress to parents.
