Tendering Specialist / Spare Parts (Inside Sales) - Full Time - Burnaby, Canada

Join our team within the Services division of Burnaby, BC, Canada as a Customer Support Specialist (Inside Sales & Tendering, Spare Parts). The ideal candidate will work onsite as a member of the Parts Processing Centre.

In this role, activities will include but not be limited to:

  1. Generating tenders (bids) from the ERP system
  2. Providing communication to customers and sister locations on order updates
  3. Follow-up on all open tenders/bids until closure
  4. Processing orders through to completion
  5. Reviewing opportunities in the CRM system
  6. Presenting to the customer opportunities for additional quantities, upgrades, or other add-ons
  7. Updating ERP system to reflect current client information, equipment details, and product pricing

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  1. Some experience in equipment manufacturing is an asset
  2. A Mechanical Technologist certificate or related post-secondary education is an asset
  3. Proficiency in SAP application is an asset
  4. The ability to independently plan and prioritize work activities
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. On-site parking
