Tendering Specialist / Spare Parts (Inside Sales) - Full Time - Burnaby, Canada

Join our team within the Services division of Burnaby, BC, Canada as a Customer Support Specialist (Inside Sales & Tendering, Spare Parts). The ideal candidate will work onsite as a member of the Parts Processing Centre.

In this role, activities will include but not be limited to :

• Generating tenders (bids) from the ERP system
• Providing communication to customers and sister locations on order updates
• Follow-up on all open tenders / bids until closure
• Processing of orders through to completion
• Review opportunities in the CRM system
• Present to the customer, opportunities for additional quantities, upgrades, or other add-ons
• Updating ERP system to reflect current client information, equipment details and product pricing

To Shine In This Role

• Some experience in equipment manufacturing an asset
• Mechanical Technologist certificate, or related post-secondary education, an asset
• Proficiency in SAP application an asset
• Independently plan and prioritize own work activities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• On-site parking
