Cadillac Fairview Corp. is seeking a Tenant Projects Coordinator for a 2-year contract in Calgary.

This role drives end-to-end delivery of tenant construction projects across retail and office environments, coordinating with internal teams, external consultants and contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery that meets CF standards and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will oversee project scopes, tender evaluations, contracts, progress payments and site inspections, while

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years progressive experience in construction or project management.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction.
PMG designation or working towards asset.
Knowledge of Building Code and project management.

Responsibilities

Drive the end-to-end delivery of tenant construction projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with internal departments, external consultants and contractors to meet project goals.
Monitor progress, budgets and CF standards; administer payments and contracts.
Prepare scopes of work, evaluate tenders and manage documentation and reporting.
Maintain records of as-built drawings and support budgeting and leasing processes.
Collaborate with leasing, design and operations teams for project updates and compliance.
